1/3 cup olive oil
3/4 cup lemon juice
1 teaspoon dill
1 tablespoon white vinegar
1 medium onion cut into chunks
2 red peppers cut into chunks
12 cherry tomatoes
skewers
PREPARATION:
Rinse fish in cold water
pat dry with paper towel
Mix olive oil, lemon juice, dill, and vinegar.
