These include:
- Drink at least 8 (8oz), preferably more, glasses of water per day. It should be that light that you feel yourself full enough to carry on the work till night. and recorded any major events.
Now, the process of journaling doesn't have to be all consuming or take a lot of time; it just needs to be a conscious effort to accurately record your food intake and emotions. As a result, the overall health of a person increases and hence it is a bonus for the people.
By journaling your food, you remain in total control. This is a balanced and flexible plan that you can use for as long as you want. If you have photos of yourself at your ideal weight keep them where you can glance at them often. Then there are the holidays and in this country a big part of a holiday is high calorie foods.
So, the summer is the best time to develop healthy habits and make changes to your lifestyle.
